Haha, There was a wolf there named Loki, Black male, and if you made a wolf howl he howled with you! It was so much fun. Also sometimes when I go to sleep I can here them ho...

Perhaps the Ethiopian wolf has a connection with the Maned Wolf? I know that is a very, Widespread Idea. But that could be where he got the "Maned Wolf" Idea. Impossible. First off, maned wolves aren't even remotely related to Ethiopian wolves. They are actually closer to South American foxes. Seco...

Re: Unrealistic Wolf Characters~ Your Opinion!
I don't like powerplaying like lightning powers or smashing a hole in the earth by taking a step. I do however like Wings, Unrealistic markings, Weird eyes colors. With the wings it's just if someone doesn't take it too far.

Re: Ethiopian wolves discussion.
Interesting. Do you know who wrote that documentary? It would be interesting to research the person that wrote that. What do you mean? The behaviour info, or the ancient text? I didn't get them from documentaries. The behaviour info comes from this online book here: http://www.ethiopianwolf.org/SPE...

Re: Ethiopian wolves discussion.
I've been doing some research on the kebero, and have come up with some interesting trivia: Apparently, keberos only use dens to give birth and nurse their pups. They never sleep in them as most canids do, preferring to rest in open areas or under rocks or trees. Also, their group living seems to b...

Same. I can't exactly find why. This is a link to the closest thing I could find:
http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index ... 435AAVR34l
But it gives differences. It doesn't give why a Gray Wolf is called a Timber Wolf.
