Re: Wolf Stats
I might be able to help (better then last time!)
A wolf with good strength can take down prey quickly, but their usually big and not as fast and don't have as much stanima due to their bulkiness, often wolves with a lot of strength become leaders of a pack.
A wolf with a lot of speed can keep up with fast prey and are usually smaller or medium sized, could be anywhere in the "ranks" of a pack.
Stamina based wolves are flighty and also have a lot of speed, but are often smaller and not hunting type, making them good candidates for babysitting pups.
My wolf in WQ has
100% strength
50% speed
0% stamina
I like this best because hunting doesn't take long and it's easy to chase bears and Cougars.
I've also played wolves at a full 50-50, it was okay but took longer to thwart predators.
I'm not much into the 75% speed and stanima, 0% strength though, it takes for ever to kill a coyote, and I often found myself being submissive to other wolves.
So maybe a wolf with, say, 75% strength, 50% speed, and 24% stanima?
It's up to you, but I hope some of this helped!

Re: Wolf Stats
I would do decent speed and stamina. Some strength. It matters what skills matter to you.
If you want to catch up to elk quickly, speed will help superbly.
If you plan on keeping on biting the elk, stamina would be great!
If you want to kill coyote foxes and prey faster, strength is the ideal stat!
Hope this helped.

Re: Wolf Stats
I know this topic is a little old now, but I guess I'll put my input here, just in case it's of any use.
I would personally recommend:
Strength: 30%
Stamina: 60%
Speed: 60%
It allows your wolf to easily keep up with elk in both spring and winter, and you shouldn't have to worry about taking a break to recharge stamina. This is just what works for me though. With a lot of these things, it's best to experiment and find what works best for you.

Re: Wolf Stats
Usually I play with
75% Speed
75% Stamina
0% Strength, but on occasion I'll play
100% Strength
50% Speed
0% Stamina when I know I'll be hunting later and want XP.
